At Kalverstreet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you have the right to return your order under the terms below.


1. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Kalverstreet is not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

In such cases:

  • We will cover return costs
  • You may receive a replacement or full refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Worn or used clothing

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.


8. Late or Missing Refunds
